Buoyant Production Technology Ltd awards key contracts for BPT Demonstrator Project

We are thrilled to announce that Buoyant Production Technologies Ltd, a subsidiary of Crondall Energy, has awarded the hull fabrication contract for our ground-breaking BPT Demonstrator project. 

The hull fabrication contract has been awarded to APCL A&P Group Limited CL Falmouth, part of the APCL Group and they will commence fabrication in February 2025 with launch expected in the Spring of 2025.

BPT General Manager, David Steed, commented: “Awarding the hull fabrication contract for the Demonstrator is a key milestone in our technology development plan.  We are very excited to be working with PETRONAS to qualify the technology within 2025 and actively working with the project partners to refine the technology for commercial developments.”
